Monday-Thursday
Two+ nights - $170.00 per night
Friday-Sunday
Two night minimum - $195.00 per night
Weekly Rate: $1,265.00
• All rates based on 2-person occupancy.
• All rates subject to 4% Yates County, NY occupancy tax.
Reservations:
• To reserve call 585.657.4643
• We require a deposit of one-half the reservation total.
• After receiving your deposit we'll send you a confirmation and directions.
• Balance due two weeks before arrival.
Cancellations:
For cancellations within less than 21 days notice of reservation date, refunds will be given to the extent we are able to re-rent, less a $30.00 processing fee.
Check-in: 3pm to 6pm
Check-out: 11am
