Monday-Thursday
Two night minimum – $175.00 per night
Friday-Sunday & Holidays
Two night minimum – $200.00 per night
Weekly Rate: $1,300.00
All rates based on based on 2-person occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults
Each add'l adult $50.00/pp/per night
Reservations:
• To reserve call 585.657.4643
• We require a deposit of half the reservation total.
• After receiving your deposit we'll send you a confirmation of payment received and balance due.
• Balance due 21 days prior to arrival
• For reservations less than 21 days in advance please call for payment options
• After receiving final payment we will send you the final confirmation & directions.
Cancellations:
For cancellations within less than 21 days notice of reservation date, refunds will be given to the extent we are able to re-rent, less a $30.00 processing fee.
Check-in: 3pm to 6pm
Check-out: 11am
